Maybe this is already common knowledge, but I’ve never seen these before. I was looking up some game data on esrb.org, and I found entries for unreleased VB games that were ostensibly rated by the ESRB. I haven’t figured out how to search for all VB games, or download the entire database (for the same purpose) but here’s at least 3 I found:

I don’t know anything about the ESRB, or how complete a game has to be for the ESRB to assign a rating, but these all have ratings. Many games from that era show “No Desriptors,” “No Interactive Elements,” and “No Rating Summary.”

Yeah, this was known. Just goes to show how close some of the unreleased games were to finished/releasing.

Virtual Baseball 2 US version was just a roster update if memory serves me correct. The Japanese one got the US versions more realistic players as a change as well.

I feel like new maps were going to be added as well, as one of the screenshots shows an indoor stadium

That’s true, thanks for reminding me. I don’t think it was a huge update by any means, though.
