I recently saw a Flashboy on Ebay that sold for $204.47. Ouch. Hope I can make the preorder for the next batch!

Theres one on ebay right now but it’s just the cart. Could any of you supply me with info on how to put games in it and any program that needs to be used, if I win the auction?
Also, a question on the flashboy, it’s like you put one game in at a time and when you turn the virtual boy on it plays that game? I’m used to with other flash carts to put more than one game in there and then choose in a list.

I so want to play Insmouse no Yakata…

Only one game at a time. You connect the FlashBoy via a mini USB cable to the PC and copy over a (padded) ROM via the FlashBoy loader and henceforth the FlashBoy will act just like the original game cart.

Thanks. So I can download the loader and get a USB cable and be ready to go then?

Yes. But you need to know that not every loader works with every batch of FlashBoy units. You’ll probably have to try out different older versions of the loader until you find one that works.

Well I won it for $107,50, yay!

Can’t wait to try all VB games and the homebrews.

Awesome, playing on a VB unit is just the best, emulators are ok but really it has to be the hardware to get the full experience, don’t forget Boundhigh, that on a VB is great.
