Hi All,
It’s been some time since I posted last but I just won this on eBay.

It’s a virtual boy game with no label, the seller claims to have gotten it from a antique dealer lot and has no idea what it is, comes with the dust cap at least.

Now I won and paid for it, and it’s on its way, I noticed that the plastic is VERY clean, as if either there never was a label or it was peeled off very carefully since there is no residue or ripped label remains.

So here’s the fun πŸ˜› what do you think it is?

Place your guess’s here!

I’m curious too πŸ˜›

Maybe something SUPER RARE like Bound high or Dragon Hopper proto or something no one cares about like Mario Tennis or MLB πŸ˜›

What I won the item for $10.50 (and free ship) its worth the Gamble to me πŸ˜›

(Don’t know if this direct link will work)

if not just search eBay for its item number “230419914974”

Virtual League Baseball.

No matter what it is I’ll have a use for it πŸ˜›
For Christmas I gave my buddy a Virtual Boy System with 2 games (Mario Tennis and Vertical Force)
And I have all 14 US games plus a few JAP imports
so if its a Duplicate I have, I’ll give it to my buddy, if its a duplicate he has too, I’ll throw it in as a “bonus” to one of my repairs someday πŸ˜›

Well, I have no clue what it is of course, but IF it is a formerly unreleased game, will you be making a dump so we can all enjoy it?

Nice price you won it for by the way! I always like those kinda surprises πŸ˜‰

IF it is a prototype (highly unlikely with my luck πŸ˜› ) I will post a dump, why not? πŸ˜› just gotta have someone send me a batch of instructions on how to πŸ˜›

so what was it?

Not sure just yet, Won, Paid, and it Shipped only yesterday, It’ll be a few days before I know

Hehe, well, I am not getting my hopes up yet, but it is nice to know that IF it is a prototype you will give us some joy as well!

Fingers Xd!

I’m not getting my hopes either, but to score a proto for $10, I’d spread the joy around and post it up πŸ˜›

But like i said, odds are it’ll be Mario Tennis, that’s my guess right now.

Galactic Pinball

Because of the quality of the game, I think it is either Virtual League Baseball or Japanese Mario Tennis. It wouldn’t be the US Mario Tennis because this looks like a cartridge that was never really used. Of course, with no label, the two are identical πŸ˜‰

But being it looks so good, it could be something rare, like a demo that would have been used once at a show like CES or something. But those seem like they would have gotten beaten up.

You should just lie to us and tell us it is the 007 game or something. You know, lie enough so we know you are fibbing but not enough that you could be telling the truth. That way we will get a quick thrill before we realize you are joking!

Lie you say.. hmm

OMG It just came in! ITS WORMS By TEAM 17! WOOO!

Ok, so the seller seems legit, not trying to pull a fast one. And so assuming everything the seller said was correct, the game is most likely from America. So I am going to go ahead and lock in my answer of the American Virtual League Baseball.

LOL… okay, I’m going with US Mario’s Tennis. They got a pretty good price for a common like that, I should get to pulling stickers off all the crappy games and sell them as “unknown, from an antique dealer” πŸ˜‰ .

DogP

I’ll go for US Vertical force.
I will keep fingers crossed for you that it is something rare, that would have to be find of the decade if you get such luck.

I’ll put my money on US Mario’s Tennis too.

I think its US Mario tennis as well, and my reasoning is IF it was a prototype, the original owner be it the antique dealer or the fellow before him, would KNOW what he has and know its value.

So Mario Tennis Can’t wait to have a 4th one of you woo!!

Orrrrrr, (/hopeful mode on) this was from a person who didn’t want to be linked to releasing an unreleased game into the “wild” and did it this way to give us a VERY nice present and Xmas comes VERY early this year and not to get caught doing so! (/hopeful mode off)
Or not! πŸ˜›

I’m going to go with US Baseball, but I do hope that, even if it’s not something super-rare, it’s at least one of the moderately-expensive/more-popular-and-fun games, like Wario, Pinball, Red Alarm, etc.

But, of course, I would also like it to be something super-rare, like a SpaceWorld demo (even the dolphin one :-P) or an unreleased game (especially since you’ve already agreed to let it be dumped ;-)).

My money is on the baseball game. 2nd choice Mario’s tennis…

It could also just be a bad cart? That would really suck….

It could just have nothing on it, lol that would suck
