Original Post

My uncle has a Mario game for the VB and I was wondering, does anyone know how he got it? It is a white label that reads “VBSMB” and when you stick it into the VB it is a cool super mario like game, when I go over there again (which should be sometime in june as i have to wait till summer before i go out of state to see him again) i’ll take pictures and record gameplay footage. He bought it at a garage sale in 97 or 98 and I was also wondering What do you think its valued as?

I hope it’s not a joke

and news on this… seriously, it been like quite for a long time.

You guys realize this post is from 2007, and the user hasn’t posted anything since then, right? I think we can be pretty certain that this whole story was made up.

DogP

Ptooie. Unfortunately I think DogP is right, so that leaves me back at square one.

I’m starting to think I should assemble a small special ops swat team or something and silently infiltritate Nintendo’s archives to retrieve the super rare protos most likely stored there, because somehow I’m sure even if I offered Nintendo 10K for VB Mario Land they would still send me out the door. :[

Maybe we would even stumble across the frozen brain of the real Mario creator while searching.
