Hi, I just acquired one of these virtual boy hats. The only info I could find about it is this:

It was probably a gift to Nintendo reps in 1995. My employee vest has the same style of logo and stitching.

As a blanket statement, I’d value it as around $80-$120 US if it were to be sold on ebay, give or take the current market at hand. Who knows, Vb pricing is through the roof these days.

Yep, was one of the freebies that the reps handed out.

There are at least two more styles but that one definitely the coolest.

Im sorry for the solicitation but this is the only place I could find any info on the hat and also it would be cool if it went to a VB collector. I have a vast game collection that Im slowly trimming the fat on this spring to pay for home repairs and Im going to part with this really cool hat. I found it in Chicago about 10 years ago and it doesn’t seem to have ever been worn.
