These are some recent pickups for my general gaming collection. There is a crap ton still waiting to be dug out of storage or pried from my younger sister’s fingers.

I also started my second Youtube channel Candi’s Classic Game Shrine if any of you are interested. I have DIY and repair videos up at the moment but have reviews and more planned for the channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC292bS8LQT2iBC-ZvojCaAw

Nice, lots of good PS1 games and the NES keyboard it looks like?
Good pickup.
Yesterday I got a Sega Saturn, model 1 Genesis (That Yamaha chip actually does kick ass), and a PS1 (no games, no controller, makes your pickup look very tantalizing =P).
Helped my friend clean out his attic.

This is only about half of my PS1 collection. I visited my dad this weekend and brought some stuff home though so much was left behind due to lack of space in the car and even more that is still buried in storage somewhere over there.

The keyboard was my birthday gift from my dad since my original one was broken. I can’t believe after all these years I still remember the key combination needed to make the dog barking sound on the damn thing.

Your haul is pretty sweet. My husband would be jealous. He’s more of a Sega fan lol

I’ve lost all my PS1 stuff, I think my parents got rid of it after we all moved out. I miss FFVII…
I’ve seen those keyboards around, they’re worth a good little chunk of money. It’s a cool Nintendo piece for sure.

I was never a Sega fan so to speak, I was a Nintendo kid growing up. In the recent years though, I’ve gotten really curious about the other consoles, anything Dreamcast or older. I don’t think I’ll go as far as the Atari Jaguar and the like, though =P

That’s such a shame you lost all your PS1 stuff 🙁 I lost a lot during my million moves during the last several years too. Luckily the PS1 library is fairly cheap to replenish and modding the consoles is easier than ever too. Sega had some good systems in their day. As much of a Nintendo fangirl I am, Sega was doing something right to be a direct competitor to Nintendo back in the day. I played a couple consoles and once I get more room or a better place, I’ll likely add the Genesis (and add-ons) and Master System to the collection. Dreamcast is coming soon since my husband’s friend is giving us his. I don’t think I can bring myself to the Jaguar level either though lol

Ah well, I didn’t have a ton of stuff, I mostly miss FFVII, Gran Turismo 2, and this cool memory card with a display on it I picked up when I was in Japan.

Sega had some great games that I missed out on as a kid. I’m really stoked on this sega saturn, There’s some games I remember playing at my cousins house I wanted to play again.

If you haven’t looked into it already, you should consider a flash cart like the Everdrive for your Genesis. I have one for my NES and GB/GBC and I love them. It really saves the trouble of game hunting or damaging the ones I already own. They’re good quality and simple to use and setup.

Actually I have a Super Everdrive for my SNES, and a GBC flash cart. I have plans to get Everdrives for the Genesis, NES, and n64 as well. You’re right, they really do work great. I will buy my favorite (and affordable) games, but I just don’t have the space nor funds to have every single game out there. Enter the Everdrive series =P

I feel the same way. I WISH I could own all the games but it’s not practical or financially possible so this will have to do for those retarded expensive and rare games lol.

Super Nintendo Control Set CIB, SN ProPad (generic controller), NakiTek Game Saver+ CIB? and 8 games CIB for $50.

The games (for you curios George’s) are:
-Super Empire Strikes Back
-Sim City
-Aladdin
-Batman Forever
-Top Gear 2
-Wing Commander
-ESPN Saturday Night NFL
-Addams Family Values

Here some of my recent pickups : i need for this thing some download station cards ( does somebody off here have them and will sell them ? )

Do you know what they look like? I have a whole bag of demo games.

iff i am correct this are the cards :

Ah ok no I have those chunky big official flashcarts you can burn anything onto.

looking for the originale 😉

here is what it does :

The download station consists of a standard retail DS hidden inside a sealed box with a special DS Download Station cartridge inserted in it. The cartridge acts as a server for customers to download new game demos or videos. When Nintendo releases a new demo cartridge to retailers, they simply load the cartridge into the DS locked in the sealed box

Picked all this up today for $30. I also have the VMU but it’s in the controller.

Got a 3DO, model FZ-1, for about $20 (unit only).

Yes it does. Luckily I had bought a controller about a year ago so now I have a complete 3DO. Now I just need some games or at least some fun ones.

I remember playing the Dreamcast at a friends house when it wasn’t discontinued yet. We actually played Sonics Adventure and Crazy Taxi. We had allot of fun with those but I was easy to entertain at the time. We also played House of the Dead 2 with the Lightgun. $30 is a very good deal.

Sonic Adventure is pretty fun and I’ve always been a Crazy Taxi fan 🙂 Even as an adult these simple games still entertain me heaps. My husband and I wound up with a house full this weekend because everyone wanted to play the Dreamcast lol
