Is there anything a person with no coding experience can do to help you awesome people with your projects? I see everyone working hard and wish I could help take some burden off you guys in any way.

if there is any simple way to:
1. build & compile
2. test in emulator (rather than having to flash via flashboyplus)

then I’d love to try out some minor vb coding.
if it’s all assembler, I think I’ll kind of skip. depends.

anyways gave it a while and it was super easy to compile and test atleast. tried all projects and they all worked.

super easy to start developing 🙂

I’m fairly new to the Virtual Boy scene, but I would love to contribute to the community as it a system that deserved more content and was underrated as a whole. I’ve dabbled in script writing, which I think would work well for developing a video game.

I might even draft a couple ideas I’ve had for the system already. I feel like it’s begging for a Metroid game based on Mars. Maybe that’s just the red LEDs getting to me, though.

The system was practically made for a Metroid. The dual D-Pads would be great for it, the depth, extensive use of red and black… Yeah, it is a go-to game. Not sure about Mars specifically. It would be like setting Zelds in Germany or something.
