Howdy. I’m Brian Inwood. The first VB we had was my brother’s when I was really little. I would have been… 5 years old. I played it despite the warnings of under age play. I type this while wearing my glasses^_^ Well we only ever had three games for the longest time. When I was about 13 I found a copy of Teleroboxer at a used game store for 4 bucks. It was just last year that I got back into virtual boy. The one I had didn’t have a stand or eyeshade. Plus It had what I call “The lines of death” running through the lenses for about by the the time 3 years past since we got the machine. I kept it though and bought a stand, and many games off of ebay. It finally died about 3 months ago. so I kept the stand and the black part for the eye shade and threw the system out. We ordered a new one off of ebay and it cost a lot. A few days before it arrived, I went to the Value Village I live next to, and found a VB head unit for 10 bucks. I also found some nice material to make an eye shade. so I bought those and went home to put the unit on my salvaged stand and make my own homemade (preaty decent) eyeshade. A few days later, the other one came. So I have an extra VB which I am claiming to be my old one. because if my mom finds out I bought one so cheap when we ordered one for so much,. I’ll be in really hot water.
