What about the using existing Tennis/Baseball/Bomber carts alternative? 😉

Speaking of Doom VB: Anyone know if there was a port of Doom to the Wolf3D engine? Its more likely we’ll get a raycaster going than an actual 3D engine (unless you cound that <1FPS GBA one somebody ported...

Why not?
I’ve thought about doing this for a while now. If someone is stupid enough to buy an overpriced VB simply because its been prettied up, then I say let them come. 😛

Including us, 82. 😛

/me suddenly wishes he had time to finish Zelda VB. 😉

David beat me to the punch.

For those of us lucky enough to live outside the US and its 110V monpoly, the best (and usually cheapest) way is usually to get hold of a US AC adaptor and use its oversized plug on a local one. 😉

I’m interested in seeing how the cart (and the resin moulding) turns out.

One guess what I was planning (hoping) to use. 😉

Uh… Are you talking about VB – Virtual Boy, or VB – Visual BASIC?

Wouldn’t it be too heavy?

Only if the forum ever gets IP banning.

…That, or the world is struck by an asteroid. 😉

…And then sell it for $750 😀 😛

If you’re willing to sacrifice the unit, why not try applying some hot glue to wherever its coming off?

Only if you count doing absolutely nothing news. 😉

I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion I’ll have to make a normal flashcart first, in order to test my inline programmable flashcart.
Problem is I don’t have an (EP)ROM flasher yet, so I’ll also need to make one of those before I can test my first flashcart… 🙁

There are a few pages on how to build a flashcart, but at the moment it seems the only dumpers around are standard ROM flashers (search for Willem), which you have to wire up manually.
Unfortunately I haven’t gotten a dumper yet. I’ve been wanting to make my own for ages now, but never seem to find the time to do so. 🙁

Indeed. You rarely, if ever, see VB prototypes available to the general public. :woah:

…Shame it isn’t something we haven’t already gotten a (completed) version of (ie Galactic Pinball). It’d be sweet if a copy of D-Hopper or Faceball would appear… 🙁

Let me guess. You’re only here looking to buy them for yourself, not to share them with everyone else… 🙁

…And if we knew people we could buy protos off, don’t you think we’d have done so by now? 😉

Hey KR155E, I have another suggestion for PVB v3 (or even v2).

Since your site is in both German and English, how about adding a link from one page to the other? Sometimes people link to the German page when you want to read the English version, and vice versa.

…I wonder how many of those previous posts all came from the same IP address?

If you want to waste your time going on about my weight, then go right ahead. I really don’t give a ****.
It just shows you’d rather spend your time dissing someone, instead of actually doing something constructive….

Wow. That was a… letdown… 😕

When you said Dragon Hopper, I was expecting a car with images of the game, not a hopping car with a picture of a dragon on it… 😐

Mind you, the image on the bonnet isn’t half bad. 😉

Try again Fire-WSP. 😉
