I am looking for a protection box for my Virtual Boy accessories,
and I was wondering if anyone knows a website to get custom made plastic or perhaps even acrylic protectors?

Does anyone have some kind of protection for their accessories, or do you all just have them loose in some drawer?

By accessories do you mean the controller, AC adapter, etc? You might find something that will fit your needs at a card store/comic shop. All kinds of plastic cases, in a variety of sizes, are available to order to protect collectibles.

As far as lose carts, I’ve actually wanted to find someone to make sleeves like the ones that came around the old NES games. All of my VB games (with the exception of SFII) are lose carts. I always thought this would be a great way to store, protect, and present them. If you come across anyone who makes custom plastic things let me know.

I am talking about cases for accessories such as the AC Adapter tap, the AC Adaptar set and other accessories that came in boxes.

I even once saw a boxed Virtual Boy on eBay which came in a protection box fitting the VB Box.

unless you’re ordering custom made cases, your best bet for already made will be sports memorabilia cases.

here are some examples:

Good call on repurposing some existing cases. I feel like I was at some store like WalMart or Bed, Bath and Beyond and saw some sheet/comforter sets that came in square clear plastic things. Not those flimsy clear bags with a zipper, but an actual “box” reminiscent of game protectors you can get on eBay. If that is true, I’m sure a full VB system box would fit in one.

Otherwise, maybe somewhere like The Container Store where you can buy all kinds of storage devices would have what you need.

I’ve also looked into UV protectant film you can place over box protectors, since I have a very sunny apartment and don’t want all my stuff just rotting away in a closet out of view :). Art supply stores or museum supply places sell this…
