Nintendo just confirmed both D-Hopper and Zero Racers will be releasing via Nintendo Switch Online on August 4. I know you are all as excited as I am! Here’s a link to the YouTube commercial they created to celebrate the occasion.

WOW!!! Thank you for this!
I CAN`T WAIT!

Sick. Anyone working on bwr art or otherwise?

Not to my knowledge, at least labels are out by SuperBros.

Fresh off the press, untested; these may do the trick!

Those look great! Any chance you made some for us black/white-only HF32 owners?

Yep, bw only label would be great!

Wow been a while since i logged in and checked anything VB and see this, freaking ace, but not got any subscription to be able to play.
What is the chance of being able to play these on real original hardware? I have no clue on practicality, could the code even be got hold of as its all online, it would be so sweet if we could play them on original VB with original controller.

Hey Al, welcome back! That’s an excellent timing for a return. 🙂

It is quite trivial to rip ROMs from NSO apps; people have extracted all the other VB ROMs already (they’re identical to retail), so you can expect to find ZR and DH on ROM sites soon.

Anyone else planning to play around with these on the Japanese app ahead of the app updates in other regions, or are we all waiting patiently for the local updates? I’m in Oregon and the Japanese app should update around 6pm tonight for me.

Based on past updates, I’m unclear on whether the North American app will be updated at 9am or 6pm PST tomorrow. I don’t necessarily want to play Dragon Hopper in Japanese for the first time, but also… 30 years is a long time to wait! I’m clearing my work schedule for tomorrow, though (and thankful my kids are in summer care this week.)

Is anyone working on manual designs for these games (and a box for Zero Racers)? I’ve got a box for Dragon Hopper waiting patiently for a cart and manual. 🙂

I immediately ordered a Switch VR headset from “Maxx Tech” because I have no idea how to order an official one, and on ebay and the like it’s too expensive. Very excited about playing Dragon Hopper!

The games are available now on the Japanese app! Dragon Hopper is called Dragon Hopper in the game, and there’s a language option as well — English or Japanese! Sadly they did not mock up a box for Zero Racers so I guess that’s up to someone here. I can write copy for manuals if someone wants to start working on that project—former games media and entertainment industry marketing guy, so this would be a fun project for me, even if a lot of the copy would come directly from the game.

Hit me up at mikebrns15@yahoo.com if you’re someone who wants to work on manuals and are looking for a writer!

Now available worldwide! (And dumped.)

@KJ4860 : your labels are a very dark and a bit shifted in the x-direction.

I finished Dragon Hopper today! An excellent game with enough depth to encourage multiple playthroughs, fantastic music, and easily the longest game to 100% on the system. My total playtime was 3:22 and collection rate was 81%.

The games?? Dumped?? I was gonna play on Switch but our expensive Switch Online expansion pack expired and my patience is killing me! x_x

Yes, they’re dumped! They’ve been dumped since last night. I can confirm they work fine on a Mr Cart and I’ve heard “around town” they work on the other flash carts too.

Sure would be a shame if the location of those dumped ROMS made their way to my DM’s.

I’d like the roms please, thanks. Are they around? …..roms plz. :):):)

THIS IS HAPPINESS WE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO FIGHT MUCH FOR
