Hi, i was wondering, if i wanted to prank my friends and put picture/text to my virtual boy.
(like, “hey come look at my vb!” and then when you put vb on, boobs/scary face / text saying you are dumb pops out :D)

How hard it would be with no coding experience?

what is the most basic thing that you can code/flash to a flashboy?

It would be cool to have a Virtual Boy image viewer. Use a similar command prompt for loading photos on flashboy for viewing on the VB. Bonus points for 3D photo support =P

You should be able to do that using VirtulBox rather easily as long as your image is smaller then 512×512.

And if you should decide that you want to draw any of those things in 3d, ProMotion NG http://cosmigo.com/promotion/index.php has a lot of great tools to do just that and more. It just makes it a lot easier. Trust me

I have been wondering the same thing. I thought it would be neat to put a picture of my kids, or their favourite characters in to the Virtual Boy for a surprise. A image viewer in 3D would be really cool.

I downloaded both Virtual Box and Pro Motion as linked above, with time and patience hopefully I can make something 🙂 thanks for the links!
