I got a free VB yes it was 100% and had all of it parts.

Anyway. The left side won’t clean up. I press on it and tried to clamp it like I have done with my other VBs but it still has scan lines. So I have tried to solder it (3 + hours) however the lines remain. The scan lines do not change at all. The scan line error has not changed at all from when I got it.

I’m sure I have not bridged any thing. There is no feedback in to the other side. That will happen if the display has bridge. (What I did on the first try)

I got a good look at it and I can see a copper break were the glue hanger over the PCB. It almost like the PCB cut the Flex Cable.

Has any one seen this before or how to get 3 + house of the Golf main menu music out of my head?
