Has anyone here ever tried? If so, how far did you get? I’ve made it to stage 11. I found that the sidesteppers are significantly tougher to deal with in the second loop. Although, by the time I cleared the first loop, I was exhausted and started to play carelessly. If I ever attempt it again, I’ll probably take a longer break between the loops.

For those who don’t know, after you clear every stage in Mario Clash, it loops back to the beginning, but now all the enemies move ridiculously fast.

If you are not a purist, and have a flashboy, there is a hack that will allow you to stage select.

Well, as you’ve probably already seen with my score on the high score list, the best I’ve ever been able to accomplish is 654,020 points while making it to stage 65 (without looping at all, of course). I do want to try to score the 999,999 points at some point and make it past level 99, but I don’t know if I presently have enough practice to do so.

Great score, by the way!

I am a purist and would have to start at stage 1. Clearing the second loop wouldn’t be as satisfying if I skipped the first loop. Besides, I would likely need the first loop to build up a bunch of extra lives anyway.

I’m sure you could do it without too much trouble, as you already have some pretty amazing high scores. My best scores in Galactic Pinball are nowhere near yours (and I’m pretty sure I’ve spent more time with that game than Mario Clash).
