How do you store your VB Cartridges? For my 3DS there are lots of commercial available options with nice boxes for storing and easy access to the cartridges, but I’ve never seen anything nice for the VB. So I remembered what I did as child for my Game Boy games (back then out of cardboard) and built something myself (this time with balsa wood).

Now that left me wondering how do you all store your VB cartridges? πŸ˜€

I like your idea for storing Virtual Boy games. It’s not as fancy but I keep mine in an old Game Boy binder along with Game Gear games.

Currently I keep all mine in the Virtual Boy System box. I don’t have the cardboard insert to the systems box so it makes work well enough.

I made a box (from thin cardboard) to hold my loose cartridges- painted red and black, of course! I plan to make a new one from thin (1/4″) plywood soon.

Some very cool ideas here! The OP’s balsa box would look extra cool if it had wood slots for each individual game. Maybe out of cut tongue depressors (popsicle sticks) or some other super-thin simple wood.

I store my carts right in their boxes, nothing too creative :p

Thanks for sharing ideas!

That box looks pretty similar to what I made for my Game Boy cartridges back then! πŸ˜€ I was also considering painting the VB Box, let’s see!

That’s a good idea, will probably try something out – I left a bit of extra space, so thin wood could still be used…

Nothing special
Just have them on a shelf

You can also see all my games, some manga, books from the Harry Potter world, books from the Lord of the rings world, my movies on dvd (mostly Asian movies), one of my systems with box (The Virtual Boy)…

Here’s my super classy solution!

I do have something in the works, that’s a little way down the line though.

Speedyink, I store my cartridges the same way. But I don’t have a dust cover for each game.

πŸ˜€ That was my solution prior to the box, too! πŸ˜‰
