I was able to get the 16-in-1 cart from AliExpress with Chinese translated JackBros! It seems to have been translated by “少年不知愁” in 2023. If you know any information about this please comment as I would love to learn more.

I had to speak with the store owner at length to get this version on the cart. They typically include the English JackBros ROM on the cart. The AliExpress link is here if anyone else wants to get it, after speaking with the shop if you also want the Chinese ROM installed, although I typically do not endorse AliExpress items.
