Manual Alignment Methods

Hi does anyone have an idea on how to manually align the console?
It seems that the one the lenses has come out of alignment. I have made a rough sketch of the alignment screen for reference.
I recently soldered the ribbon cables but couldnt imagine I move anything around that much,
