I just received my Virtual Boy and I was able to test the FlashBoy+. I’m using ROMs from your website, and it didn’t work at first. Then it worked, and now I can flash it perfectly. It’s detected correctly by your flashing webpage, and the copying process goes smoothly. However, the Virtual Boy no longer displays anything with the FlashBoy+ cartridge. All my original Virtual Boy cartridges work perfectly on my Virtual Boy, but the FlashBoy+ doesn’t display anything. Please help me.

Have you tried the downloadable software for flashing ROMs and see if this helps?

Yes, I even tried with the command-line utility; it flashes the card correctly, but it’s no longer readable in the Virtual Boy. I launched 10 games and then nothing worked in the Virtual Boy. I changed the cable, the USB port, the computer, and in all cases the utilities flash the card perfectly; it’s recognized on the PC. My official Panic Bomber cartridge game works perfectly on my Virtual Boy.

I would say then that the internals of the Flashboy have a problem.
I had games from Vintex which stopped working after a while because of poorly soldered diodes.
You could open the cart and gently (!) press on the diodes to see if it starts working again.

Btw, if I read your name correctly I assume you are from France and you seem to now have a VB 😉 I was the one shipping you a VB from Germany, which never arrived. I am still wating for any reimbursement btw, never received any information from Hermes besides the “yes, we are looking for your parcel”, which is now more than two weeks old…

Bonjour, oui c’est moi, j’ai commander un autre modéle sur un site chinois (https://www.japanzon.com/) mais la blague je n’ai par reçu la plaque de fixation qui vas dessous le virtual boy pour fixé le pied, ils vont reglé le souci, mais decidément je n’ai pas de chance, en attendant j’utilise celui du virtual boy la réedition de nintendo celui ou ont met la switch 2 dedant, et ça s’adapte à peu prêt.

Je contais vous envoyé un message pour savoir si vous aviez était rembourssé, je ne connaissait pas Hermes mais en tout cas pour les litiges ça à l’air compliqué, bon courage à vous, tenez moi informé.
