cr1901 has released Windows binaries of an open source command line FlashBoy programmer called “prog-vb”. Build for Linux and Mac are said to follow. Sources (in Rust) are available on GitHub.

Dear god yes. A MacOS-compatible FlashBoy programmer would be amazing. The need to drag out my old Windows laptop is my main obstacle to working on my backlog of VB roms.

Download the “prog-vb-v0.9.0-x86_64-apple-darwin.tar.gz” tarball and you’ll be good to go!

As I am not capable of testing on Mac, I would really appreciate bug reports/success stories using my tool :D!
