Looks good..what’s your favorite game so far ?

Me? Jeez, it’s kind of hard to pick a favorite, it changes depending on my mood =P

My most played though are:
Jack Bros – I like the gameplay style, the graphics are nice with some cool 3D effects. One of my favorite games when it comes to the music, the soundtrack is just awesome.

Wario Land – What can I say, I’m a sucker for Mario styled platformers. This one is no slouch either, very fun!

3D Tetris – While not exactly exciting, I find it very easy to loose a bunch of time in this game. It’s like if lego and tetris had a baby.

Red Alarm – This is the game that got me collecting VB stuff in the first place. Definitely an old favorite of mine. The atmosphere and style in this game are just unmatched compared to so many games, even on other consoles.

Yeah…I could go on, as I like most of them, a lot of the games on this system are just classic gaming gold. And then throw homebrew in the mix…I’m definitely a happy camper with my VB

Doesn’t golfs package have a stereoscopic image on it ? maybe just making the tree’s stick out…been awhile..but I remember something about that.

Looking at my box it’s just a photo, nothing fancy

You actually constantly told what else needs to be changed so even though you didn’t do the coding you somehow made the game.

My VB collection for so far. All the games are in perfect condition. 🙂
Need Virtual Bowling, Virtual Lab and Wario Land JP…

What’s your most favorite piece of your collection ? 🙂

Now I had some time to show my Virtual Boy collection on video.

Here the video in standard 2D:

And here the same video in 3D (3D glasses required):

Haha, you don’t have the earphones either?

Yes and what is really stupid is that I have seen them many years ago on eBay for around 10 to 12 Euros, and I didn´t buy them.
😉

Nice collection you got there. Nice video too.

Nice video! Looks like you got a good collection going there, and with doubles of games I wish I had (Insmouse no yakata). I like the humor in the video too =P

I’m slowly making a VB video, might take a little while to finish at this rate though..

Nice collection! My wife also had a similar reaction when she realized how large my collection had become. I wasn’t as cunning when it came to keeping it a secret. Very funny. Keep the videos coming!

And, for those of you without 3D glasses, you can cross your eyes like the Magic Eye books and still get the same effect. (=

I think I owned 25 Complete Wario Lands at one point lol. Pretty hard to resist at $5 a piece.

a lot of times i get doubles when I just need one or two things from an auction..and it’s a ‘lot’. You seem to gain a bunch of doubles when that happens. But, it’s a good thing..you can give them to people that can really use them..or trade.

BTW..i want to see PICS on this thread!!!

oh and srimok…I need that mexican sealed adapter set..give it to me…give…give

Here’s my collection so far! There are still 2 games I need to get though, which ones hmm…

The US Mario’s Tennis case in the corner is something cheap from eBay- possibly a DS case with foam added inside, and a custom label insert. Low quality though :/.

I’m also proud to show off my CIB, like new Chalvo 55 game in the top corner near Bound High!

If anyone missed out on my previous self-indulgent posts, the pic of my actual Virtual Boys includes one with a harness fashioned from zip ties and a Petzl headlamp strap. Feels like wearing a tight baseball cap, but it works great when you put the original stand on the VB (“backwards”) and have the legs resting near your collarbone. The VB on the silver arm is that back-saving custom stand I made a while back, don’t know how I used to play without it!
