Tiny Annoyance on the News Page

I’ve always wondered why the “x Comments” text at the bottom of an article is a link, but it doesn’t actually link to the comments themselves…

Also, IMHO, the default comments view should be “Nested”. But if it saves my setting, that should be enough.
