Sorry, no video. But it wouldn’t have been a lot to see anyway. Going to a con was a dissappointment, too many people dressed up as anime-characters being hyper and dancing to Dance Central. Meh.

Anyway, I did pull out my Virtual Boy and it garnered some interest. 3 people played it.

1st: A guy who played Red Alarm, seemed to like the game
but after a while he pulled his head back and squinted a lot while continuing to play. Said it was fun but hard on the eyes.

2nd: A guy who played Bound High, Mario’s Tennis and Wario Land. He got into it, liked all the games and I heard him exclaim “awesome” or something similar at various points.

3rd: A kid at maybe 11 played Teleroboxer and Mario’s Tennis. Liked it, didn’t say much.

So at least the VB went over well 🙂

Too bad it was a dissapointment. At least you could give them a full VB experience.

What kind of con was it exactly and did you have your own stand?

Go you! I wanted to do that, but the con I normally went to was cancelled.. Every year more and more hyperactive girls were coming anyways, so it probably would’ve been a similar experience to what you had.

Anyways, I did similar at college this year! I got at least 20 people to play it in total and out of everyone who played, only 1 had a problem with it… although I felt bad because it literally made his eye bleed. =S
