I’ve got a Nintendo-related project going on and I wonder if someone would be able to flash two EPROM chips for me (I don’t have a programmer).

I want to create a Starfox 2 cart for my SNES like this:

I have two 27C801 EPROM chips that I can send, plus the Starfox 2 ROM file.
