Just wrote a small Virtual Boy section on Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homebrew_%28video_games%29

Not sure if people can see it or if even Wikipedia will approve it but here is the text

“Virtual Boy
Homebrew has been promoted for years by the site planet Virtual Boy since the system has no region lock but it was not until the flash cart flashboy and flashboy+ (that has save feature) was released that the homebrew scene grew. Although the Virtual Boy only lasted 8 months, dying in March of 1996, dedicated fans have been making a variety of homebrew games for years and even two previously unreleased games, Bound High and the Japanese version of Faceball (known as NikoChan Battle) have been released”
