Will the unfinished rom for Silent Hill: Devils Lyric ever be released?

I just saw this was a thing. How did I miss a nod to my favorite game on my favorite console?? I also saw that it was put on hold in favor of Blox and ultimately cancelled when the writer went MIA.

The screenshots look so nice. I’d love to be able to see even just a title screen of it on an actual VB console someday.
