Just wanted to know where you might stand when making reproduction boxes for released VB games or any game for that matter.
I was thinking of making certain boxes for myself at first, but if other people where intrested at a later date i could do more.

Enough people do it for NES and SNES that I can’t foresee it being a problem. If Gamestop started selling them then Nintendo might get in touch, but it’s not going to land you in hot water.

If you want to be 100% sure – get legal advice but it’s money down the drain as they’ll only say it’s safer not to by default – it’s the standard lawyer’s disclaimer.

That’s what I was thinking really, if I was making vast amounts of cash out of it I suppose someone might come aknocking.
