Original Post

Since Protoman85’s review, I’ve had a few folk asking me to make them Bound High carts.

I will do it, but I won’t take money.

I’ll accept 2 donor carts. One, I will use to make your BH cart, and the other is payment (which I’ll use to make FlashBoy’s).

Does that sound OK ?

a bunch of awesomeness

Thanks so much! I really love this. I will be making a Japanese box and manual if anyone is interested, though I cannot speak or write Japanese so will need help from my translator. If anyone has the original text or similar anyway, please let me know πŸ™‚

Sign me up too! Id’ love to have this game. I was sad that it wasn’t released…Sign me up too!

Thanks you very much!

Just got mine back in the mail… looks absolutely great. Thanks!!! πŸ˜€

I just got mine too! BIG THANKS!

…so good it got Instagram’d

Forgot to send my carts when he just wanted two carts… darn.

Guess I could buy three V.L. Baseball and have them sent directly…

You could, but I’m sure you could find cheaper ‘cart only’ listings.

I’ve found that the cheapest carts to buy and send to Richard for conversion purposes are the Mario’s Tennis carts that can be purchased on Amazon.com.

The best thing is, you don’t have to wait for any auction to end to get them dirt cheap! πŸ™‚

Wow, that IS cheap – unfortunately in Europe we don’t have that option πŸ™

But Richard lives in the UK so shipping is probably more than 3.99 each and you’d have to buy from three different sellers…

At least $18 (currently) plus the extra shipping overseas.

Seems like it would easier to ask the guy selling V.L. Baseball to give you a good price on three unless you have spare ones already.

Seems to be no cheap items on amazon.co.uk.

Perhaps we can ask B.S. to buy and send them for us, the Amazon-sellers don’t seem to keen on shipping internationally.

Does he require the carts to have dust covers? I have a ton of extra carts but no dust caps and it seems like the caps would be about the same price as buying more carts.

From near the very start of the thread:

Do the carts need dust caps?

No

I saw the question but missed the answer because it was all bundled up in a big post.

Thanks

OK, I’m back building Bound High carts again.

I need 3 donors per cart this time.

Thanks

This still going on? If so, I’m all over this shit…

Like a scat movie? Yeah it’s still on.

I had no idea this even happened– of course, I only check in on VB stuff once or twice per year; I’m more into the Atari scene.

I skimmed a lot of this thread, and here’s what I’ve figured out– I can send 3 donor carts somewhere, and I’ll get a Bound High out of it.

So, how do I find out where to send the carts to? Via PM?

I would very much like to get one of these if I can (and I’m also considering a Flash Boy, too).

Hi Propane 13,

Send an e-mail to Richard Hutchinson, whose e-mail address, which can be found under his “MineStorm” profile, is:

richard.hutchinson@dsl.pipex.com

In the e-mail, let him know that you would like a reproduction cart of Bound High to be made and that you need to know where to mail the 3 donor carts to. He’ll then give you his mailing address, to which you can mail the 3 donor carts (I always include a note in the package itself about what the donor carts are for and where to mail the reproduction cart(s) to).

It’s then just a matter of waiting a short time for your Bound High reproduction cart to arrive at your house. If you want a box to go with it, I’d recommend adding your name to the list in the “Bound High – Box + Manual – Order Here” thread, as this is a rare opportunity to get a really nice-looking box at an affordable price to go along with the reproduction cart.

Happy VB gaming! πŸ™‚

Nice, just sent him a msg so i can get a cart and added my name to the box list! Looking forward to it!

I received my copy of bound high in the post today.
Thanks Minestorm.

Just sent him an email. Hope he responds.

Damn! This game Rocks!

Thank you Richard, i got mine today πŸ™‚
