So I was wondering if it’s a possibility to replace the original Vb display flex cable, with a regular or flex cable one if so how many pines would it be and the pitch or spacing of the conductors.

Yes ; however, bear in mind that 0.6mm pitch is decidedly not industry standard, and the 0.8mm motherboard connection makes an off the shelf flex cable impossible.
