This may be a stupid question, but it’s kinda late and I can’t seem to figure it out on my own. How do edit posts now? It’s been quite awhile since I’ve done it, and now that the website has a new look – I can’t figure it out. There used to be an “Edit” button in the bottom right-hand corner of your post, right? Now my only options are “Reply” “Quote” and “(top of thread)”. If I’m missing something, someone please point it out.

*EDIT* Immediately after posting this, an “Edit” button appeared… is there a limit now on editing older posts? An “Edit” button still doesn’t appear on old posts.

Yeah, it’s been discussed quite a few times recently… there’s a time limit on editing your post (30 mins I believe). Basically, if you post, but forget something, then edit it rather than double posting. But for everything else, reply to the post.

Thanks DogP, I had tried searching the forums for an answer but all I got were posts from years ago (they weren’t too informative). It’s an interesting new rule in the forum, but if it’s already been discussed to death – I don’t want to start all over again. Thanks again!
