Hey All!

We’re proud to announce the released of the long awaited packaging for the Faceball protos that have been handed out to those kind enough to donate to the cause. Now here’s your chance to give those cold, lonely, and naked, carts the homes they deserve.

I am a little late with my thanks, but I wanted to make sure I said how awesome it was to get Faceball.

I am turning 30 in a few days so I treated myself to the Faceball box, BLOX , and Space Pinball tonight. Keep up the good work!

Didn’t know where to post this, but I just received my cart only version of the Faceball Proto, THANKS! Looks great and I wasn’t even aware of it coming my way since I did the donate thing and wasn’t sure if I was still one of the recipients.

Haha. I have the box already. The VB and the Nes/snes markets keep me pretty busy. I’d love to though! I have been in talks with a few people to get that going. Seems it’s a little harder than most people think.

Tusk!

I think at that point the Big N Lawyerhammer would come down upon poor ol’ Uncle Tusk. Nintendo does have to protect their copyrights, lest they lose ’em.

There are still a few GBA flash carts out there if you’re looking for a copy. The guy that made the Neo Geo Pocket Color flash cart (and is working on a Wonderswan one) had an offer to send people GBA carts pre-flashed for a little while. If he still has some, it’s a good way to play something you’ve been meaning to play on real hardware: http://www.freeplaytech.com/blank-gba-cartridges-gameboy-advance-flash-carts/.

I have one of the weird sort-of-maybe pirated flash carts, an EFA Linker 512 or something like that. It’s enough to fit English Mother 3 and one or two other games on it, which is fine. It requires Windows XP to flash, which is a pain for me — all of my home computers are either Win7 or 8! I tried to use a Virtual Machine for it, as is often suggested, but I could never get it to work. In the end I just installed XP on a box, haha.

I received my Box today and I have to compliment Ben on his excellent Hintbook. Great Job!

I’m glad you like it. πŸ™‚

Thanks to morintari’s great 3D artwork, the book looks far more presentable than what it would have been if I had been responsible for all of the artwork. If I had done it all alone, then all of the images in the book would simply be colored-in screenshots of the game being played on an emulator, which about sums up the extent of my artistic abilities.

Thank you Ben, my pleasure .Your compliments do not go without notice:) Please include me in future projects.
