You are going to need a fabric glue stick and 10 or so metal paperclips plastic ones won’t work they have to be metal and of course you need a visor that is coming apart at the seams.

Next apply the fabric glue

Next bend the paperclips till they match the exact angle of the visor where the foam it is coming apart at the seams.

Apply paperclips to the visor generously where it is coming lose note because the paperclips are bended to the shape of the visor they won’t put much strain on the visor.

Finally let the visor stay untouched for 24 hours afterwards the next day look for other parts to fix within a few days your visor will be good as new.
