New Menu and Bookmarks

I created a new main menu with sub menus using pure CSS. It works well with Firefox or Opera. Internet Explorer users won’t see the pop ups, though. But you guys should really switch to Firefox, anyways. ;P
I also added a Boomark system, which registered users will find between the language selection and main menu. It can be used to save your favorite pages on this site and quickly access them. Again, since I used the same structure as for the main menu, IE users will miss the bookmarks submenu.
