This is the official announcement for the release of Bound High complete with box and manual like it always should have been.

Together with Mindstorm and Bigmak we have been able to assemble an all star team to get this together.

Couple of notes.

There will be an original 50.
The plan is to make 100 of these total. If there’s enough demand we will continue to make them. But once 100 sell we’ll need a bunch more to do another batch!

If you have already paid and/or agreed to pay for the box and manual, you can still receive the box and manual. Or you can use the money you paid to put towards a Complete in box version.

What you get.
Box, manual, cartridge with label, inlay, and i believe inserts (bigmak?)

These will ship out in roughly 2-3 weeks

The price of the game, shipping included will be

US price $71 USD
International price $75 USD

We’ll be staring on our second release, Space Pinball. We look forward to doing lots of these. And other releases. So, get your butts in gear game designers!

The first 20-30 carts will be in my hand soon. So, the first 20-30 people to pay will get there’s in the order received.

I am just curios…8bitmatt received his copy the other day, and he was #56 on the list, while I am #50 and I still have no copy?

Probably because you live in Austria while Matt lives in the States.

The Nintendoage list is kind of out dated. Some of the earlier names on the list were for box/manual combos.

The second batch of 25 are all shipped out. So, the first 50 are out and about in the world making their trips to their new homes!

This was a great project and I would like to thank everyone who made this possible.

If it is still possible, I am interested in getting a complete copy.
Please just let me know how best to get you my info and pay you for the product.

I got mine in today! Really pro work – I can tell whoever did the die cutting and scoring knew exactly what they were doing… and I should know – I own Young’s Printing and Bindery. We do this sort of stuff all the time. 😉

I ordered a copy of Bound High Tuesday evening. But I read the last pages of this topic and it seems like there is only 50 copies of the game.
So, will I be able to get one, or am I too late ? Is there gonna be new copies made?

I received an email with the confirmation of the order and the payment was done.

I am assuming that UncleTusk will update his site, showing that there are no more copies available once the last one sells, so if you submitted a payment through his site, you should be okay and can expect to receive your complete copy.

I’m assuming that 50 complete copies of the game were made. A lot of the original orders were only for boxes and/or manuals, since many of the early people who ordered already had cartridges of the game, so there will be more than 50 total orders before all of the complete copies get sold out.

Exactly. If your order has gone through on the site you will be getting one or I would have contacted you. There’s still a few available before they will be stop being sold. It’s just going to be a bit before more ship as we are currently waiting on some parts to arrive in the UK for Richard. Maybe 2 weeks.

I have another question: I got an email saying that I can check my order on the website, but when I click on “my account”, there’s no order there. Also, when I click on my order number on the mail, it bring me to a error:

It’s a beautiful set, I had the cart a long time but owning the box, manual and upgraded label makes the game so much nicer!

could you make the manual file available so we can print it ourselves? the box art you’re using was primarily someone else’s work, not to mention the game data itself was given for free, so it would be in the spirit of the community to make the manual available too.

You said you didn’t even notice a difference between the new box and the old one, so what do you care.

The manual only shows enemies and gives a small story as well as the normal manual stuffs.
