Does anyone have any idea or thought on how to put VB games onto a 3DS? Like, say, loading an emulator onto the 3DS that can play the games on a 3DS? Does that kind of thing already exist or no? Would it even be possible? Just curious if anyone had any ideas on how to do it or if it’s even possible or what

Thanks

3ds piracy is rampant, but requires a firmware v4.1-4.5. 3ds homebrew is pretty new and only a handful of very simple projects have been released. homebrew also requires the same firmware, as its using the same exploit.

i wouldn’t expect anything as complex as emulation for at least a year (probably a few more).

these are just examples of what has been released.

I’d *love* to see VB games running natively on the 3DS; like a Virtual Console release or something. It would probably take a lot more engineering effort, but I like to think that you can output each eye to each of the 3DS’ displays to get something started… But it’s really going to take someone that knows a lot about each system purpose-making an emulator for it.

You can just port the VB Part of Mednafen to the 3DS. I proposed this already a long time ago and looked for a coder with time but nobody wants to take this part…

I would like to see the VB games at 3Ds. I own both systems and i play often.
