You’re probably wondering why this isn’t in the off-topic section :). I was at a flea market today and found this 999,999,999 in 1 Famicom multicart. I would have bought it anyway since I like strange bootleg items, especially when a single purchase buys me all one billion NES/Famicom games in a single shot. But what’s up with that game in the top right corner of the label? I’ve seen these yellow carts before but never with the JP Panic Bomber cover art labeled as “Jewelry” O_o

Sadly I don’t have a Famicom to NES converter, so I’ll have to build or buy one to find out…

That “Duck Hunt” photo is hilarious too.

You can get a converter out of certain Gyromite carts. http://www.vintagecomputing.com/index.php/archives/23

As for that bootleg, I would contact Cah4e3. He’s full of fami cart bootleg knowledge. http://cah4e3.shedevr.org.ru/dumping_2012.php

Cool find.

That game looks like Magic Jewellery – one of the Hwang Shinwei games: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_Jewelry

Personally I love the ‘Clay Shotting’ NRA-endorsed pic πŸ˜€

Ok thank you, I’ll contact him and see what the story is! This looks like other ones I’ve seen so I’m guessing it’s a run of the mill bootleg. I’ve heard about that Gyromite thing, sadly every copy I’ve checked was a dud. I’ll probably just make one , I’m too cheap to buy one for this πŸ™‚

Yes, the Clay Shotting game looks amazing. The guy almost looks like he’s holding the nozzle thingy at a self-serve car wash.

If only they had a few more kilobytes of space to make it an even billion… πŸ˜›

Somewhere, I have a “famiclone” in the shape of an N64 controller that has a Famicom cart slot. I don’t remember how many games it claimed to contain (and I don’t think I ever found out how many it actually contained).

Is it a Super Joy III? I have one myself.

I almost bought one of those “76000 in 1” controllers at a flea market but the guy wanted too much for it (unless he just multiplied his real price by 1000).

Does it actually play Famicom/NES games without any trouble?

I never tried a converter for NES, but Famicom carts worked just fine.

Yep, that’s it. I got it used, so it didn’t come with the second controller or “zapper”, but I did get the gun (well, one that looks like it; I haven’t actually tried them together) later from another 2nd-hand store. I’m pretty sure it’s in pieces in a zip-top bag somewhere, waiting for me to build its “NoaC” into a custom NES of some kind…

That is the first thing I thought when I got mine, but lack the knowledge and time to begin such a project. If you ever do anything with it, please post pictures.
