Hack: Save Support

The Japanese version, T&E Virtual Golf, supports saving and falls back to a password system when no respective hardware can be found. As a cost saving measure, final game cartridges did not include Save RAM. In the US version, the save support was disabled altogether by dummying out respective checks. This patch restores it.
