Depending on the price, I would be very very interested 😃 So that means with your parts someone gets a full set to play th VB on a screen? Or are the Furrtek-parts also necessary?

@ RetroDan: Is it very complicated to install these parts? Is it possible to buy these parts from you and you send them together with an installation guide/ manual?

Maybe I don‘t understand the request, but I use just rechargable batteries… 🤔

Yes, they are using original cartridges… see below a screenshot of their FAQ-site

So I faced this site via an offered Hyper Fighting Demo-Game on eBay:

https://www.vintex64.com

Is this a new shop? I don‘t know what I should think about that. On one hand it‘s great to see that they release also other homebrew-cartridges that I never saw in the past and which were only playable (as far as I know) via flashboy. On the other hand they release also repros/ copies of games like Jack Bros., and 1:1 copies of rare japanese games like Virtual Lab and Space Invaders. I mean, the Virtual Boy is so special for collectors BECAUSE there is sometimes such a low number of games… This is not fair for the collectors who got/ earned these games in the past. I also do not own a japanese Virtual Lab or Space Invaders, but this is what made me think that Virtual Boy is unique.

I see the danger that Virtual Boy gets from a super-special collectors item to a very normal collectors item…

But maybe my point of view is wrong. What is your opinion about that?

I only know that this smaller stand was sold on Jan, 23rd this year. So I guess the one that is offered to you is worth much more… Just for an orientation.

Japanese repros?? That’s new to me. Do they have the same difference to the originals on the inside of the cardboard as the US repros?

Yes, that “lo$tandfound” seller has a lot of VB-items. But every single item is unnaturally expensive and I can’t imagine that he sells a lot of his items. On the other hand, he has the right to charge for this items as much as he wants, as long as he finds somebody who buys it…

I also wached the uncle tusk items and went crazy when I saw the result! I think this is also due to a lag in the describtion: there was no word that these are homebrew games. I think “usual” VB collectors think that these are ultra rare originals…

Oh yes- VB-Games on 3DS would be the best 😀

Do you mean the Repro-Boxes offered at etsy.com? The differenc to the originals is that they are white on the inside of the box and also the print quality is not the same. But I also wonder about the manual repros that are offered here, if there is (hopefully) any visible difference. Any experiences?

So that means I can stop my paymebts to patreon? :-/

Thank you guys!

I am so excited about that and hope it will be a success!! This would be my no. 1 reason to buy a 3DS 🙂

Do you guys know if this pjoject is also promoted on social media (facebook, youtube) so that Guy Perfect may get more supporters and of course money for this project via patreon membership?

Thanks guys you for your quick response and support!
