we couldn’t handle your inquiry, please contact xoops development team for further information.

😉

right now, only ViBE plays red alarm, it is mac only though.

the first chapter was done, the guy planned several others. so if i picked the game up again, i’d need
* a new story (could send the old script to give an idea)
* someone who’d render the settings in 3-d
* an idea how to implement sound, because silent hill isn’t silent hill without the creepy sound effects and music

here’s how the game looks in the latest version:
(the scene from wario land is only a placeholder for silent hill-esque 3-d settings of course xD)

when it’s done ;P

well, didn’t do anything with it for a long time. never again heard from the guy who was writing the story script…

uh… it indeed does not seem to be possible at the moment. must be another technical problem with the imported user data. grrmbl >:Q.
alright, will try to fix it. but if anyon needs his password changed, you can let me know and i can change it manually until it’s fixed.

EDIT: alright, i added a “change pw” link to the userbar. problem solved. ^_^

hello 🙂
on a boring evening a few months ago, i did work a bit on the game and modded it to work with 3-d rendered background and did a bit here and there. again haven’t touched it since then. but if i find a) a good storywriter (never again heard of jeff, who did the first script, which was the reason that the game was never continued) and b) a good 3d artist who can render 3-d environments, i’d love to pick it up again.

i doubt that nintendo would take any action because of this. nah.
oh when you send it to me could you include a small description and general info? thanks.

häufiges problem, wurd schon seehr oft hierim forum durchgekaut ~_~
da ist einfach das kabel, das zum display geht, locker. du musst also wohl oder übel den vb öffnen und das kabel neu befestigen. eine beschreibung wie du den vb öffnest findest du unter werkstatt > vb rumble mod.

hmm. if you want to release it, you can send it to me and i’ll put it on the site.

Does anyone even still use such a low resolution? I don’t think so ^_^
But, yeah, you got good points there, it should only take a minute to fix those things once I am at home.
Oh and when programming the Usercenter module, I had a look at the http://www.onlinestatus.org/ thing you suggested, but it didn’t work for me. Did you have more luck maybe? Also it would be nice to run such a script on our owen server instead of being dependant on someone else.

no, unfortunately, mr. nakanishi doesn’t have a copy.

actual copy.

hint: compare those to the ones that were in nintendo power magazine a bit earlier… 😉

that’s because the article is soo obviously a hoax… 😉

hmm, doesn’t it show the menu either? then go to <http://www.archive.org> and search for <http://projectvb.vze.com> manually.

Wouldn’t it have been much easier and cheaper to just search Google for the rom instead of destroying an expensive Space Squash cartridge? o_O

Right.

thread closed.

Yup, thanks to Eric and DogP 🙂 Gonna put it on the site in one of the next updates.

Ah, yeah, that explains much. I wonder if that case is for VB at all, maybe the lower foam form was actually taken from a blockubuster case and put in the TravelMaster one by someone? Note that it does not say Virtual Boy anywhere.
