I have two VBs that I had repaired. I sent one to TheForce81 and the other to HP Lovethrash. It’s been over 2 years and they both work great. Thanks guys!

Thanks for all your hard work! Nice to know that there was some actual work done by Nintendo in regards to true multiplayer with the VB.

Bump. Still looking for this.

I received my other pair of cables from TheForce81 today and they work perfectly. The ones sent out to TheForce81 were a previous botched repair attempt, so I cannot thank him enough for being able to take the time to repair them.

I highly recommend HP LoveThrash and TheForce81 as trusted PVB users to repair your cables! Both of them kept me well informed of the repair process and both have great prices and a fast turn-around.

I recently sent out one pair of cables to HP LoveThrash and they came back working great. He kept me updated of the entire repair process. Highly recommended.

I have also sent out a separate pair to TheForce81, and he has kept me well updated of the status. Including a 20 hour test period. His cables will be arriving soon, but I have no doubt that they will be OK.

I bought a gamebit, grinded the sides and then welded it to a flat-head screwdriver. Essentially making my own screwdriver just for this.

Breaks the bond. But it can eat away at it with a little heat applied from the iron as well. You gotta time it just right. I had it work out once.

I figured you could remove the window but I’m sure dust gets in there easier. I may have saved the piece. Maybe I should try and pop it off and see.
