Thanks a lot! 🙂

Those demos help a lot

In fact keeping these unreleased roms out from public access i would call some sort of “speculation” to keep up its economical value, there is no another logical interest.

Personally I think that releasing those roms would increase or at least not hurts its value too much for a true collector (you can see a lot of examples in nes world), but is understable that those “hardcore” millionars collectors want keep up their economical value, another thinking about that it would be a smokescreen.

received mine today, thanks

if i ssend you carts….as a donor do I receive the space invaders rom file? lol

If you donor so many carts as aliens in the game i suppose they will be happy to give you the romfile 😀

I think is more pleasible programming a clone yourself 😉

/quote something around 100. i sent you 2 notifications already that your flashboy is ready, did you still not get mail?

100?? WTF? I didn´t received any email from you

If i had received any i would have payed instantly!

While it doesn´t take months of silence 😛 Is something worth to wait for ;), don´t forget us boys 😉

By the way which was my number? (perhaps <12) 😉

There are news about next batch of flashboys?

Of course is strictly enough, i am only saying that is excessively minimalist
😐 for example, if you use long file or folder name you cannot see the whole path, i suppose that if you only wish to burn the few commercial roms that can be good enough, but homebrew projects, specially if you use svn naming convention for your own or other people homebrew projects tends to be large in order to contain the version number or modifications by name, also it lacks of the trimming option to fill the current 16mb and test functions.

Until i have the cart i cannot test the “dev” mode to see any differences but i think some options that could be useful like advanced writing for multiple slots for boot loaders or similar could be very useful for future enhacements.

At least we now that flashboys are tested 😀

Is a mere question of patience having one, also, if is not an impertinent question, what kind of chips do you use for storage?
Intel nand?

By the way i have been reading about usage of the flashcart and i would like to know if you plan inserting a boot loader at begining of the cart to flash more than one game in the cart like old parallel gameboy flash carts (a little loader with a menu to select multiple games instead of filling with garbage to reach 16mb). Also the Gui for the flasher could be improved with a simple delphi or vbasic one, for example for resizing the window

Whoa, wonderful i am happy to hear that 😀

P.D.: I edited the reply fearing breaking some forum rule by putting links to ebay sellers 😕 , also the aunction had only 4 hours left to finish so i didn´t thought you could bid at time 😉

Hi KR155E, I am at preorder list for one flashboy and I would like to know if you can give us a preorder number in order to know if we can be one of lucky to have one flashboy in next batch or we must wait another one, thanks 🙂
