After letting one of my friend’s play my VB a few months ago, he picked the console up off the floor using the controller, and since then the power keeps randomly cutting out. Since there’s no low battery warning, I can only assume that my friend damaged the controller cable. Does anyone happen to have a spare controller they wouldn’t mind parting with? I’ll pay you, obviously πŸ˜›

Oh…sorry.

Well, there has to be at least one Virtual Boy controller in existance in your area.

Sounds like a problem with the cable/plug.

Have you considered opening it up and inspecting the cable joins? You may be lucky and just have a loose connection, otherwise you may be able to remove the plug form the cable and replace the cable with a working one.
