Hi everyone. After seeing the possible retail price and conditions of the Flash Boy, I was just wondering who’s going to buy a Flash Boy for sure, just to see how many people are interested. I’m one πŸ˜€

Put me down for one asap!!! πŸ™‚

Me, definitely.

Me, of course πŸ˜‰

I’ve been around here a while but never posted but this is just too cool. I’m definitely in for one when they become available.

Been a lurker for awhile but this has brought me out of the woodwork and I will definately be getting one.

I absolutely want one!! πŸ™‚ I really can’t wait… I wonder if we’ll have to supply a cart shell?

How can I say no to buying a 3d flash cart for a 3d world. Put me down for one!!!

I wonder if we’ll have to supply a cart shell?

i have a box of carts for that, so you don’t have to. but i think we’ll offer several options.
a) complete set
b) you send in a cart to modify (cheaper, but shipping cost would kill that advantage, so i am trying to get large amounts of carts)
c) build-your-own-flashboy kit (only the build and tested board and a sticker to put on the cart, you’ll have to solder a cart connector to it yourself) (cheapest)

I choose option “a”. I agree that S&H expenses kills option “b” unless you can get somebody to send in 10+ carts. And I am pathetic at soldering, so option “c” is useless for me πŸ˜€

I was wondering how will payment be handled? Postal Money Order?

i think i will offer bank transfer and paypal.

And if we’d rather pay by cheque, would it be possible ? Beacuse I don’t own any paypal account and I’d rather not to.

uh, don’t know, i’ll have to check out all those obscure ways. πŸ˜‰ in germany, we always pay by bank transfer.

Count on me.

I want one of those cart πŸ™‚

oh my, i cant believe its finally here! no batt. backup…se la vi

hmm, i hope i check back regularly enuf to order one πŸ™‚

Hmm… Option c interests me… Unfortunately, I’m a tightwad, so I’m still debating whether I’ll get one at all. πŸ™ I’m bad at soldering but I was planning to learn anyway. The no battery backup is kinda disappointing, but it still looks cool….

I just happened to pick up my VB this last weekend, and I’m pretty excited to see that I got one just in time.

Put me down for one, I’ll definitely be buying it.

I’m guessing this is first come first serve bases so… how do I go first πŸ™‚ No seriously how long will it take theoretically to build and then ship to the states for example. Leave it to me to ask the question that are probably to soon to answer.

Deadly-D, I believe soldering and building shouldn’t take that long, but I have the impression that until there are 10+ carts made, KR155E and Richard H. won’t begin selling them. My recommendation is to have patience, since I’m sure that sooner or later, it will be available πŸ™‚ Just check the webpage daily.

Your right Palacios25, I’m just real excited about the new cart. Plus I just bought a VB for the first time 2 weeks ago. Good things come to those who wait. πŸ™‚
