Just watched your last few reviews. How are you capturing your VB video? It looks good!

I’ve been using an emulator (Mednafen) and using QuickTime screen capture. It’s makingvfootage capture for the games so much easier.

I also uploaded this bad boy today (Golf was Wednesday’s video technically). This episode is V-Tetris. https://youtu.be/A72SlhtfQoE

I like the first line after all the intro and title screen stuff. “Golf is just a…..video golf game!”

Haha I mean, it’s hard to really say much more XD

It seriously took me a minute to make it out haha

Here’s the newest episode! It’s Golf. https://youtu.be/FDvSjfUmBLA

Thanks, both of you! 😀
Soon, we can exchange our reels on the virtual schoolyard! Without having to ask the adults (programmers) every time 😉
Tool + tutorials are on the way …

That is fantastic! I’m so thankful for all you guys working hard to bring this to us that can’t contribute in regards to coding. <3

This is the coolest friggin thing! This takes me back to my childhood when I’d spend way more hours than I care to admit, playing with a View Master.

Yes, its finally time for a new episode.

I know, I’m sorry took so long 😔 Things have ramped up on the crazy scale in regards to my move across the country so I haven’t had time to finish the video on time. I think I’m gonna release two episodes next week if I can. I had to quit my job for the move so that frees up some time for me.

After what feels like an eternity, the latest episode of Adventures in the 3rd Dimension is now up! https://youtu.be/FGlx6XyJgAs

So while reshooting footage since the first set lacked audio (DOH!) I found another hidden “item”in the game that I haven’t seen mentioned elsewhere. I still can’t find the Bikini Girl, the House, Ultra hand or the Game Boy yet. I found a Kangaroo and some Penguins, the VB, the VB controller, and this latest image, a fish!

What a quirky and awesome find! Why is it that Japan gets all the cool stuff.

Love it! The white makes it look super clean and “Apple-ish”. That adapter for the tripods is a god send. I picked one up a couple years ago while I didn’t have a good replacement for my Virtual Girl.

This is such awesome work, dude! I love how you added your own flair to it as well. So much passion was put into this, you can tell. Thank you for sharing this with us 🙂

Sweet! Now I know what to look for when I’m playin! Things have been insane lately. (I just want my move to be over already lol)

If you decide to do Red Alarm next, then be sure to mention all the cool easter eggs to be found in the game. There’s a Virtual Boy console, VB controller, Game Boy, and even a Nintendo Ultra Hand to be found along with a bunch of other things.

I need to make sure I get to unlocking them, then!

Thanks guys 😊 Admittedly I was kinda half awake while editing and messed up the visual for the multiplayer segment but the point was still made 😂

I’m not quite sure which one I want to do next. I thought maybe Red Alarm. Any suggestions?

Yes it’s a good game, not great but definitely not as bad as many people say.

Finally up! The shirt took too long to arrive so I went and recorded what I needed. Go figure, when I finished recording, the god damn thing arrived.

But as they said they’re bound by client confidentiality.

I hope they forward our interest to the client. Maybe if they see how excited we are and dedicated to the system and its preservation, we stand a shot at something happening. Hell, if they wanted to release it and sell copies of it kinda like some of the repro companies do now, I’d be for it. I wanna see it preserved!

Didn’t we learn our first details about this game from the would-be composer? The game was cancelled before they got to make any music. The game is not in a state where it can be released commerciallu.

No reason why it couldn’t be finished if it was given to/sold to the right person. I’ve seen similar things happen (just not with the VB).

I’m excited to see the new video. I always look forward to more watchable content.

I’m waiting for the Virtual Boy shirt I ordered to arrive so I can finish up the Waterworld episode! Revisiting this game was pretty fun to be honest.

Neat find! I love keeping the old rental stickers on my games. Adds character and nostalgia
