VectorRacing perhaps?
https://www.arcsystemworks.jp/arcstyle/overseas/vectorracing/eng/
Though I don’t see how it relates to VB other than visual similarities.
Let’s see, It’s made of vectors like red alarm. and it has a fog like system know for in the n64 and the Virtual boy. and it’s half finished there is one track of music for the whole game. Not only that there is a feature that allows you to use red as the only color…Huh somethings fishy.
Here is a lead, might not get you DH but it may get you other VB games. There is a game called Virtual Racing that is out for 3ds if you could contact them in Japanese you may get info on how they got the programming for Zero Racers. You may find other info as well. Unfortunately I can’t find my 3ds so I can’t give you the name info on the programming house but at least I got you the name of the software.
Here is my 8th attempt I hope everyone can recognize the angry figure on the e-label

Here is my 3rd attempt. I really hope everyone understands it like I do. Contrary to what one may believe this is not a scan. All of the graphics were hand drawn but I did use a font for some of the words however I had to clean up most of the text.

Hey Gang,
I just got Vector Racing for 3ds. And let me tell you there is an option to see it from the drivers point of view just like Zero Racers. Not only that but you can also play it in all red just like some video game system we all know and love. All and all it’s not as fun as a Virtual Boy game because it doesn’t give you that since of right in your face like only the VB can. And you can’t fly over the other racers like you can in Zero Racers. But if you want to remissness on what the VB would of been like I recommend it!
LordRayken,
There is a game to my knowledge based off of Zero Racers for 3ds called Vector Racing. Also if you want a good racing game join KR155E and Jorgeche’s Patreon for FormulaV.

it will cost you $15.00usd a month to get betas and a final cib copy though. And just to let you know it is birds eye perspective not first person but a great game just the same!
Thank you for all your compliments.
The original artwork was done by me RunnerPack did the logo. i started with a postage stamp size and increased it until it was the size of an actual release. It was commissioned. The only thing I asked in return was the a final box with the art. I did agree with Uncle Tusker that in the event that the original Dragon Hopper rom was found that he would give me a cart in box copy of the game. I have yet to receive the box art on a box yet this isn’t Uncle Tuskers fault it is the person that the original deal was made. I see you have gone beyond what I rendered for the box art and honestly it looks great I’m glad you have finish it keep up the great work
As far as graphics go if you want them to be 3-D your best bet is going with ProMotion NG It is the only program designed to do 3-D pixel art right out of the box and it’s cheap if you want a licensed copy with a ton more features. if your serious and you want to learn it PM me and we’ll talk. Good luck with your project!
We all should support Labo VR because mark my words this is a test for Switch VR.
On the 25th you will be able to play 3 stages of Super Mario Oddesey and all of Breath of the wild in Labo VR
Your work is Phenomenal but your using the wrong program to do it. If you did it in ProMotion NG you could have 3d sprites and backgrounds not to mention everything would be easier from drawing to animation. If you want to get started PM me.
