Did I Quote that right? Some reason I feel I did not. Most likely, sorry about the error.

That would make sense. Hopefully one day I would be able to get my hands on a copy! I really need to start expanding my collection more..

That would be amazing. I picture it now, I bet it would feel like a scenario to test your knowledge about the Virtual Boy! I picture showing some of my family members and them probably not understanding it as I would. That would be cool, I definitely would like to see that.

Well it’s good everything got settled out now. I was having the same experience when trying get on.

That’s really sad, imagine if it did happen though. I’m pretty sure it would be absolutely amazing if done correctly, I see potential.

That’s awesome! It’s cool to see how these type of things happen. It’s great to know that there is a history behind these items. I always find it interesting.

Nice find and buy! Congrats! You really got everything well and in good shape.

So its the 9th of Feb, I am a proud Virtual Boy owner! for one day already. So far, I suck at Mario Clash tho 🙂

All I need now is the Flashboy+ with battery for save!

I think it is! If the ribbions inside the console are working fine then you should do it. 🙂 I got lucky getting mine from a family member who owned the system with a couple of games. Though even if you do not get it. You don’t need a system to join. Also you won’t regret getting the system, ever since I got mine people say I would never play it. I do mostly everyday because of how it’s technology is different from other consoles at the time.

Hey Guys, i was wrong on the price its 180$…
the store didnt bump up the price, it

That would be interesting if that would happen. I have heard they have been looking into it recently but they don’t plan to do anything at the moment. I heard the NX though will have some interesting features to it. I’m pretty excited to see what Nintendo will do with it. They always surprise me with they’re ideas. If what I heard about a console that is a mixture of a portable true, and it enhances it’s performance when both connected. That would be awesome and really interesting on how it works.

That noise is really loud. It doesn’t seem normal nor niether of my Virtual Boy’s have never made that noise. They tend to make a start up noise, though that is really different. I think it may be with the LED Mirror lens? They are moving really fast, so maybe they are hitting something? Another reason might be on what makes them flipper or in place may be going bad. Seems smilair when a dryer burns out it’s place holders and it makes a really loud noise and starts burning different parts from it’s fast rotation. Maybe that may be the case, Just in Virtual Boy Standards. Then again it could be a different part like the speakers.

That’s really interesting on how you did that! It’s really great to see how things can be done with a great community. Though getting back to the point, that’s awesome!

Thank you!!! I really appreciate it! I also sent a PM back ^^

Thank you for giving me a heads up! 🙂

Okay thank you! I’ll keep that in my mind and see what I can do.

I also bought a tool to fix my Virtual Boy’s Limp Right eye. hopefully I get it fixed tomorrow. Does anyone have any tips of soldering it? Does it really take skill to do that? Should I just Bake it instead?

I feel like I’ve seen this happen before, where a seemingly new in box system has an unmatched serial #. Maybe somebody bought two systems and returned one, but happened to get things switched. One time I got a complete in box VB on ebay, which came with two controllers- but the serial #s were off by about 25 units. So, I’m guessing the original owner bought two from the same shipment and eventually got rid of one with the wrong box.

The others are right- a higher price will probably sell eventually but it could take a while. I’ve had admittedly overpriced stuff sell within minutes of listing, other reasonably-priced things keep renewing automatically for years without selling :-p. I’d recommend a Buy-It-Now price near the high average, with Best Offers enabled.

If you sold this Gameboy yourself. what would be a good estimate price?

Thanks for the Info! If I did ever want to sell this Gameboy as the way I bought it. What would be a good price or what would you sell it yourself? Sorry about this selling stuff. My father is really wanting to know because he is liking the Idea of it. If I do ever sell this. I would probably sell it to the range of what you guys think is right.

Thanks for the Infotmation! How much do you think it would go for with everything included though? (I think your right also, The system is Brand new though. I think. Who knows? Should I check it out?) I also was wondering have any of you guys sold any Systems or games your self? My father has a collection and was planning to sell them but he doesn’t know if they’ll sell fast enough in a time fram. If anyone sold old retro Games, how long did it take to get sold?

Thanks for the Information! Also sadly that’s what I was looking for too but they didn’t have any things related to the Virtual Boy. When I told him I had one he looked a bit surprised.

Thank you for the information! Really useful! Appreciate it. ^^
