They seem at bit rare because most are damaged by leaky battery acid. I’ve seriously bought 3 on eBay, two of which were acid damaged. I recommend asking the seller on eBay to post a picture of the inside battery compartment.

But I’d say $25 is a good deal.

Great, because everyone deserves to at least try the demo.

That’s unfortunate. 🙁

I’m interested in one of these as well because it would be very cool to use with specific VB games.

That’s the question we all are wondering that I am sure of.
But he did visit NintendoAGE today!

I am fine with my Japanese copy of Chalvo 55, because it’s the original and yes it’s in English. 🙂

I have original Chalvo 55; I bought it right after I received Bound High! on Virtual Boy. It was a good purchase.

I still wonder why Mr.Anon only chose certain people to contact. What was the criteria? This has always bothered me.

Fascinating and yes I mean complete. Playing the unfinished demo might ruin the game for me, so I’ll wait.

I love my copy of Virtual Fishing but this would be so much better as I could play it without having to constantly look at translation reference print outs that I have.

Yea actually we discovered that day by watching the auction that people pay a pretty penny for Bound High. But I’d never sell my copy as its way to valuable to me overall as a personal item.

That being said, you guys are right. He’s selling it here which is substantially less bad, as when people list on eBay.?

OK, I’ll try to adjust the ground color. The reason the insects look the way they do is because I drew them, and I can’t draw as well as everyone else. I like having almost total control of my games, though, as I can shape and mold them as close as I can to my original vision I had.

That’s understandable. How far off would you estimate till the game is ready for play?

It was inevitable. Just like when copies of Bound High ended up on eBay, which angered everyone also.

Welcome the the interesting world of playing and collecting stuff for the Virtual Boy. Hopefully soon we will see the headstrap released which will increase Virtual Boy usability.

The ground color needs adjusted, and also I recommend the name “Slay Mantis.”

Also why did the character series downgrade from their previous more detailed look?

I am excited to receive it! Thank you.

Yes I have my nose area padded with a helmet adhesive pad which fit perfectly in the area. It is more comfortable with it added.

The best solution I found was lying down and placing the Virtual Boy on my face but if I move my head it runs the risk of hitting the ground. I have had it fall off my face before and it horrified me enough to not want to do it again.

I know for a fact that adults could support the VB on their face because it doesn’t bother me to have it laying on my face. So the headstrap while not likely good for a child’s head would be perfect for an adult. 🙂

I actually designed a headstrap years ago but it was to intrusive and would basically destroy a Virtual Boy. This design he came up with would require extensive skills with sewing and measuring to not make it look dreadful. I am only wanting one because I currently quit using the VB because it’s so damned uncomfortable.

I actually bought a second VB to mod but just could not get myself to harm it to add the mount brackets. I’m sorry that I’m desperately wanting this project done, I’ve even promised to purchase the prototype just to ensure he makes at least one.

I really wanna see progress on this project but it seems all but dead.
