Books? That looks like DVDs.

There, I just donated $20. Thanks a ton, Eric!

Signs, but I’ve only gotten ending C.

I can donate maybe $20 when it’s possible… I don’t want a cartridge though, so it can go direct to bigmak (I hope).
Can’t wait for the rom though, I will make a video review of it as soon as I can.

I can kind of see DanB as our John Carmack, a programming genius but might need a true designer like John Romero to turn out the really awesome -games-. Can someone partner up with him, asap 😛

Pretty unrelated question, but what do you think of Red Alarm, it being similar to Star fox a bit, and what do you think of Star Fox Assault? I thought it was pretty damn good, even the on-foot sections.

That must have been a lot of hard work. Bad timing perhaps, but still, I think you should be applauded.

If you actually read the details of this thread, you will see that Mr. G made it clear that all of the videos and photos were coming from him.

Sarcasm aside, my point that the video quality is quite weak stands.

So who shot this footage? The original prototype-holder, or bigmak? Whoever doesn’t have as a good a camera as me apparently… And I don’t even have a good camera.

In the center my newest aquiry, Space Squash!

The point of this was really just to complain about Max Payne 3…

Hello new guy. If you need information on the Virtual Boy games, I’ve made reviews for them all. Have a look if you want.

Welcome. If you need reviews for games to get you started, I’ve got you covered 🙂

Robo Santa! Cool stuff.

And that’s some good graphics too now that I think about it… If that is an indication of the graphical quality of your next game, I am intrigued indeed!

People is just me on this one… And I didn’t even call him greedy, I just said that it felt a little greedy to me. But if he really spent 5 figures on this (which I didn’t know until after) I can’t blame him at all. The one I would call greedy however is the original owner of the ROM/cartridge/code or whatever.

Whenever the rom does get released, I’ll make a review of it.

Well first of all I think it’s great that you’ve gotten your hands on Faceball, one of the lost Virtual Boy games!

Second, I feel bad for you that you had to give up most of your VB collection to get it…

Third, I think reselling it for 100 dollars a piece seems a little greedy… But on the other hand of course you want to recoup your own losses.. I think if it was me I would release it for free then ask for donations or something, but I guess I still understand your side.

Fourth, I won’t buy it myself because it’s expensive and I’ve played Faceball 2000 on Super Nintendo and it sucked, it’s probably going to suck on Virtual Boy too.

Now Dragon Hopper is another story, if that turned up I think I would pay 100, 150 dollars to get ahold of that…

So now my final thoughts are, will Faceball ever be released as a rom? After you made your money back? And, why wasn’t Bound High sold this way at first? Maybe that didn’t cost as much to get, I don’t know.

That is a very nice remix indeed.

It’s also nice to see your videos generating new interest in the Virtual Boy.

Yes, so far my videos has inspired:

Bound High carts to be made
A remix to be made
People buying Insmouse no Yakata

🙂

Really nice last video, though Mario Clash should have been a bit higher on the top 23. 😉

You should make reviews of other games, not just Virtual Boy games. Your reviews are very informative.

I do actually, check my channel.

This is it, my final Virtual Boy video. First I give out awards in different categories to VB games, then list all of them in one big Top 23 Virtuay Boy games. Hooray for Virtual Boy =)

At the end is some of your “why I like the virtual boy” speeches, I didn’t put all of them in there though, to keep the length of the video down. And enjoyment up.
