I would like to see pictures of “Men in Black” and hopefully of “VR Troopers” sometime as well.
On the awesome side I just got a NOS copy of Area 51! 🙂

That’s the rarest “Mask of Zorro”, on eBay uk it sells for almost $200 because it was the last game and most were pulled from the shelves so Tiger could focus on the new system “Game com.”

Awesome, I hope it’s one of the good games such as Primal Rage, Millennium Falcon Challenge, Road Rash 3, or maybe even Battle Arena Toshinden.

And I am gonna double Ben’s offer! 🙂 Or did you mean $16k, thunder?
Anyway, simplified to using pre-rendered backgrounds, Virtua Boy Cop™ doesn’t sound that hard to make. Hmm…
It would be like the game that was attempted on R-Zone but will actually play well.
Well I’m still trying to collect but with minimal luck as others are obviously interested as well.
But I am now wanting Road Rash 3, as another choice as video reviewers stated that it’s a really good game and maybe the best available for R-Zone.

An official one that they sorta used was “It needs your eyes”.Mine would be something like “Virtual Boy – It’s not an R-Zone”.

Hey, it’s not nice to diss on R-Zone… It’s like Game & Watch mixed with Virtual Boy and I really like it a whole lot.
I also dislike his ranking and also dislike some of his comments.
ie: Panic Bomber has awesome 3D enemies, so I think it fits well with the 3D theme.
He also could have listed the Japanese games, because many of the Japanese exclusives are awesome.
VTetris, Space Squash, Insmouse No Yakata… 🙂
Even if it was possible, you wouldn’t want to because the Tiny Screen resolution is massively inferior to VB.
I agree Oculus Rift just isn’t what I expected. I think Virtual Boy is just not well emulated, it’s an experience only well produced by a Virtual Boy.
Oculus Rift is like a really really early test prototype of what VR could be but feels super incomplete.
By “kinda broke”, do you mean it no longer displays and image? If so that’s a easy repair by the professionals on here. I had both my Virtual Boys repaired by different people here and both are in fantastic working order now.
Wow that’s a really cool design! It does resemble the patent but I don’t think I’d personally ever wield it. 🙂
I’m glad to see people liked the Virtual Boy, its actually very recently getting a cult following sort of like Vectrex has formed. 🙂
Sounds like a fun conversation. 🙂
I find this game to be super hard, but it’s still a great game!
Its likely you will have to pay around $75 for a Virtual Boy, then the games I recommend are Wario Land, Mario Clash, VTetris, and Mario Tennis for the first games.
It’s a bad gluing, that requires soldering instead but yes screens will eventually fail in all non soldered Virtual Boy’s

Do you have extra game PCBs lying around? I assume those aren’t needed once you use the cart shell?? Maybe I should think of a way to repurpose them…
Actually there is a decent replacement for the connector, so it’s a possibility for sure.
Good suggestion to Starfox, I think that’s a possibility.
It is a great looking CIB and definitely the centerpiece of my collection.
I was gonna say, BoundHigh! went on sale in its full edition over 2 years ago… it was a limited product. I also own the FlashBoy+ and its a great product.
