Which variant of Sonic Adventure was worth that much?

I wanna know how the heck you got that thing to Chile!

Yeah its only in Red Alarm. It was the first game T&E worked on for the system, and I guess they were pretty excited about it.

They all do this. It’s just something T&E threw in to say “HEY…You’re playing this on the Virtual Boy..Don’t you forget that!”

I think it’s funny, gives it a certain charm. It’s faint and put in the background, so it never gets distracting when you’re busy blowing stuff apart.

They would make some pretty darn snazzy NES cartridge covers =D

You could use them for all sorts of things! Glue a 12″x18″ or so rectangle of em together, laminate them and you have your very own VB Baseball Placemat!

Cut the top off, reglue joints so overall box is slightly smaller in dimensions, cut an angle out of the top, bam, custom NES cartridge dust cover.

Are we sure he’s using a Mac? If you’re using a PC you can change the resolution just using the built in MS Paint

Please do, I’m so curious!

You’re SLR quality iphone camera (lol) isn’t the problem.

High scores have a max image size of 1024×768
Avatars have a max image size of 100×100 or something.
Photo’s uploaded to a forum post just have a max 20MB size (I think)
Collection pictures also have the 1024×768 image size limit I think.
Forum posts can be edited within 30 minutes of the original post using the edit button.

All these limits are visible at the point of upload, but maybe you can’t see them on the phone (scrolled off the screen maybe?). I guess I’d suggest using an actual computer to upload pictures, since I don’t think you can change the amount of pixels the image contains on the iphone.

Wow, that looks great!

Well done!

Are you serious? These guys aren’t running a business trying to make profits. They’re regular guys spending their own time and money to bring the virtual boy and its fans just a little more than what little we were left with after discontinuation. You missed one of the releases, get over it. They are in no way whatsoever responsible to specially make you a copy. If you want to play it so bad then buy a flash boy.

That’s pretty darn cool. I might have to bust out some paint some time and grab a spare DMG

Thanks, appreciate it

Agreed, he’s got some serious talent. It made me happy when he got the VUE Debugger, it’s in good hands =D

Wow, this is awesome! Definitely looks like you’ve been busy. I’m very excited for..well all of this really. Not only does the game idea sound really cool, the whole Utopia audio you’ve designed sounds very beneficial to the community. I’m definitely going to have to check it out once it’s available!

Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve EVER used the VB with batteries. Does it drain them as fast as the rumors say

Actually I started using batteries cause I had a bunch of AA’s I needed to use up. It took WAY longer than I expected to run them dry. I didn’t time it, it was a lot of on and off playing over a few weeks. I’d say between 6-10 hours a solid game play. I’m gonna have to time it sometime, because I think it’s on the higher end of that guess..

Rocket Knight Adventures is a pretty fun platformer, I picked it up when I got my Sega Nomad, it’s actually pretty fun.

It’s great made and very interesting.
I dont now before this “against theft” thing.
A japanese kiosk is on the top of my christmas wishlist 😛

Thank you! The cartridge lock piece is one of those things that easily could get lost. It’s something you’d want to check into when buying one. I don’t blame you, they are really neat.

Thanks man! They are hard to find, but I’d recommend it if you find one!

Thanks Thunder!

I didn’t even know about the other two songs. Looks like I’m going to have to play a full tournament =P
