Yea, a good loose copy of Jack Bros. (U) is worth like $100. But yours is in rough condition and will probably fetch $75 or less. So you could use it as a down payment for half a FlashBoy +.

That could be rewarding, I am curious now also.

My VB is currently being repaired by an Anonymous member whom contacted me and offered a slightly cheaper repair service. I am excited it will be 100% working with the permanent solder fix and the security screws replaced with Philips head but I am also receiving the security screws in a baggy.

Good news, I am gonna have my Virtual Boy repaired with the permanent soldering repair. So I am quite happy that it will be functional to the max afterwards.

Well, it finally happened; my VB got the glitchy display in both screens, I left it powered on for over 24 hours and it fixed nothing. I am so disappointed and if I tried to fix it myself I would likely kill my VB.

I am considering getting rid of my VB collection as I am not gonna buy another because I babied this one and it still happened.

I just looked at carts for the Japanese Red Alarm after reading Benjamin’s posting. It does look quite different, almost similar to a US cart with just text.

I love Bound High, I have a cartridge of it coming in soon. But I wouldn’t mind having the box and manual.

I ended up buying it.

I am considering buying the box, heating up the label on mine with a blowdryer and attaching it to it. As my box is in much less great condition.

That’s a ridiculous case, it hits her on the head and she pursues them for 2 years? The case lasted longer then the VB did.

Virtual Boy deserves some increased retro fan base love! It’s a great console, that needs it bad history removed.

I think they should demo games like Hunter, Jack Bros, Bound High and Innsmouth.

I like it the way it is, but yea I tried my best to get a close match to the original Japanese label as possible.
